PANDA (Perinatal Anxiety & Depression Australia) - provides a national telephone information, counselling, and referral service staffed by trained volunteers, professional counsellors and supervising staff. Many helpline counsellors have had their own experience of perinatal depression or anxiety.

Open Arms — Veterans and Families Counselling provides 24/7 free and confidential, nationwide counselling and support for war and service-related mental health conditions, such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance and anger.

Cancer

Cancer Council

NSW - Provides information and support to adults 18 and over who have been impacted by cancer. The support provided includes emotional, legal, financial, and practical support; some sservices are means-tested.

Canteer - Provides information and support services for people from 12 - 24, who are impacted by a cancer diagnosis. This included family and people caring for someone who has recieved a cancer diagnosis.
